Job Description
About us Tumwater Automotive is a small business in Tumwater, WA. Our goal is to to be fair and honest to our customer while getting them back on the road quickly. Tumwater Automotive has been supporting the community for over 30 years. We are family owned and operated. This position is commission.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, such as engine problems, electrical malfunctions, and brake system failures
- Conduct inspections and testing of vehicles to identify potential issues and ensure they meet safety standards
- Collaborate with other mechanics and technicians to troubleshoot complex problems and find effective solutions
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each repair or maintenance task
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions about vehicle repairs
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an automotive mechanic or technician
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with automotive repairs
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to identify vehicle issues
- Experience working with all makes and models is preferred
- ASE Certification is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication

$26.00- $86.
