SERVICE NIGHT MECHANIC ON-CALL

looking for 4 employees looking for full-time part-time . With no experience and with experience. you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and systems to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Your expertise will help keep production running smoothly, minimize downtime, and uphold safety standards across the facility. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and mechanical components. Troubleshoot complex machinery issues using schematics, electrical blueprints, and diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and low/high voltage testers. Repair and replace defective parts using welding techniques like stick welding and precision measuring instruments to ensure precise alignment and operation. Diagnose electrical problems involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical systems, HVAC/R units, and industrial controls. Conduct equipment troubleshooting for hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and electrical systems to identify root causes of failures swiftly. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and manage inventory levels. Collaborate with engineering teams on troubleshooting issues related to schematics and technical drawings to implement effective solutions. Qualifications Proven experience working in an industrial or manufacturing facility environment with a strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices. Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC/R systems, and electrical diagnostics. Hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting and repair in a fast-paced setting. Skilled in reading schematics, electrical blueprints, and technical manuals for system analysis and repair procedures. Proficiency with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial electrician experience preferred. Ability to operate precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and schematics interpretation tools. Experience with welding techniques including stick welding; familiarity with scissor lifts or other industrial lifts is a plus. Strong analysis skills combined with excellent problem-solving abilities to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions.
