Join our team building award-winning custom vehicles. Finish Line Speed Shop is growing again. With our new shop in Yakima and a strong backlog of custom builds, we're looking for talented people who can help us grow without cutting corners. While we are always open to discussing any position within the industry; our biggest need right now is experienced technicians in: Mechanical Automotive Electrical Vehicle Assembly & Fitment This isn't your average mechanic job. Finish Line builds award-winning Hot Rods, trucks, and custom vehicles. We're not a repair shop. We're a full custom build house where every project is unique. You'll work alongside a team who cares about quality, challenge each other to improve, and take pride in building vehicles that stop people in their tracks. Who we're looking for: Loves hot rods, trucks, classics, and customs. Has real hands-on experience and still wants to learn. Shows up on time, prepared to work, and takes responsibility. Takes pride in craftsmanship and understands that mastery takes years of actual industry experience. Enjoys solving mechanical and electrical problems. Wants to build vehicles that people remember. The skills we're looking for: Mechanical repair & installation Automotive electrical and wiring Engine & drivetrain installation Suspension & brake systems Vehicle teardown & assembly Panel fitment and final assembly Welding and fabrication (a plus) CAD/CNC (a plus) Paint & Body (a plus) This probably isn't the place for you if you: Need someone constantly telling you what to do. Are only looking for a paycheck. Overstate your experience. Don't enjoy learning. Don't care about the quality of your work. What we can't teach: Work ethic. Integrity. Pride.
