JOB DESCRIPTION

Markquart, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking to fill a position in our Service lanes team! They are the first face many customers see when coming to our dealership. They help customers by showing them to their Service Advisor and also making sure the vehicle gets taken to the right location for a Tech to start working on it.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Provide Excellent Customer Service:

Greet Customers as they enter the service lanes Pay Attention to

Details:

Gather information from customer vehicles prior to bringing the vehicle to technicians Handle Customer Vehicles with

Care:

Drive and park customer vehicles with care and consideration Complete work in a

Timely Manner:

Vacuum and wash customer vehicles using our automatic car wash in a timely manner
