Full Job Description Eagle River Ford in Eagle River, WI is looking for a customer service oriented individual to work with service guests. The select individual will assist guests on a daily basis with their service needs. Will need to have proper phone skills and etiquette to communicate efficiently with all callers. We have a team of 8 technicians that will also rely on you daily to help fill the schedule. If you feel you are up to the task, send us your resume.

Greeting customers promptly Obtaining customer and vehicle information Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer Determining and recommending needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts Establish follow up time Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order Explaining all completed work and charges to customersSERVICE CONSULTANT REQUIREMENTS
