In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and lubrication services on vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Perform oil changes and lubrication services on various types of vehicles. Conduct tire services, including rotations, alignments, and pressure checks. Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete tasks. Assist in heavy lifting of vehicle parts and equipment as needed. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about services performed and recommendations for future maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with other service technicians to enhance workflow and service quality. Experience Previous experience as a mechanic or service technician is preferred but not required. Familiarity with tire service techniques and equipment is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills to engage with clients positively. Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily tasks. Sales experience in a dealership environment is a plus but not mandatory.
