Job Description
We are seeking a Trailer Mechanic to join our CTS team in Green Bay. This position is ideal for a dependable, motivated technician who can work independently and handle a wide range of trailer repairs, including structural and collision-related work. Essential Functions Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on semi-trailers and related equipment Complete side wall repairs and replacements Perform roof repairs and leak repairs Conduct major frame and structural repairs Repair or replace trailer floors, doors, lighting, suspension, and brake components Weld and fabricate as needed Inspect trailers for safety and DOT compliance Maintain clean and organized work area Accurately document repairs and parts usage Qualifications Previous trailer mechanic experience preferred Strong knowledge of trailer structure and repair procedures Experience with welding, fabrication, and frame repair required Ability to work independently and efficiently Basic diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license required CDL preferred but not required Ability to lift heavy parts and work in a shop environment Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00
