Job Description
Service Advisor | Full-Time | Janesville, WI. 53546 We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. We're seeking someone who is confident in a fast-paced dealership environment, values exceptional customer service, and can build lasting relationships with our guests. Automotive Service Advisor experience is required. As a Service Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for our service customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from vehicle check-in through delivery. Responsibilities Greet customers professionally in person and over the phone Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle concerns Create detailed repair orders for technicians Present maintenance recommendations, repair estimates, and digital inspections clearly and confidently Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the repair process Coordinate with technicians and the parts department to ensure efficient workflow and timely repairs Ensure repair orders are accurate, complete, and processed efficiently Help deliver an exceptional ownership experience that encourages customer loyalty and repeat business Qualifications Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience required Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable using dealership software and technology Experience with PBS Systems (DMS) is a plus High attention to detail Valid driver's license Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude Benefits Competitive pay Paid Time Off (PTO) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive, team-oriented work environment Established dealership with a strong reputation for customer satisfaction Equal Opportunity Employer.
