  • Jefferson, WI Griffin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is looking to hire an Automotive Service Advisor immediately.
If you enjoy working with customers, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by performance, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle repair needs. Communicate repair recommendations and estimates. Work closely with technicians to explain repair needs and available options. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process. Explain warranty coverage and available maintenance recommendations. Help customers make informed decisions about repairing or trading their vehicle. Schedule future service appointments and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate repair orders and follow dealership processes. Qualifications Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Sales-driven with the ability to build trust and recommend needed services. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Computer proficiency and attention to detail. Valid driver's license.
