Golden Mobile Detailing is a locally owned auto detailing company serving Appleton, Menasha, Grand Chute, Green Bay, and the surrounding Fox Valley. We offer both mobile detailing at our customers' homes and in-shop service at our Kaukauna location. The Role:

We're looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented Part-Time Detailing Technician to join our team. No experience? No problem. We'll train you from the ground up on professional interior and exterior detailing, paint care, and the standards that set us apart. If you take pride in your work and love seeing a car go from dirty to spotless, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do:

Perform interior and exterior detailing on customer vehicles, both in our shop and on-site at customer homes. Follow our service checklists to make sure every job meets our quality standards. Inspect and document vehicle condition before and after service. Keep equipment, work vans, and the shop clean and organized. Represent our brand with a friendly, professional attitude toward every customer.

What We're Looking For:

A strong work ethic. You show up on time, work hard, and finish the job right. A valid driver's license. 16 years of age or older. Attention to detail and pride in your work. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work outdoors in varying weather. Coachable attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable and dependable. Our customers count on us, and we count on you.

Pay & Perks:

$15/hour starting pay. $20/hour once fully trained. Hands-on training in professional detailing (a skill that pays for life). Flexible part-time schedule.
