Super Wrench, LLC is looking for a motivated, quick to learn individual to join our team in Kiel, WI. This role serves a critical function to ensure our customers receive quality and honest service at our family owned business. The Service Writer will be responsible for: Service writer responsibilities (80% of the time)

• Scheduling appointments with customers.
• Ensuring effective communication between service technicians and our customers.
• Providing estimates to customers based on parts and labor costs.
• Preparing accurate repair orders, detailing problems and approving repairs.
• Updating customers with any service recommendations made by service technicians.
• Maintaining and enhancing knowledge of automotive maintenance and repairs.
• Ordering and verifying parts for repair orders. General office responsibilities (20% of the time)
• Answer phones
• Apply payments

Service Writer Qualifications:

• Required qualifications ○ At least 18 years old ○ Recipients of a high school diploma or GED ○ In possession of a valid driver's license ○ Dependable, honest and outgoing ○ Excellent customer service skills ○ Ability to work in a fast paced work environment and reprioritize when needed ○ Positive can-do attitude
• Preferred qualifications ○ Prior work experience in service writing or customer service Wage based on experience.
