What You'll Get $55,000-$70,000 per year, based on experience and ability Monday-Friday schedule No weekends Paid vacation/PTO Paid holidays Paid training and continued learning opportunities Stable, full-time employment Small, family-owned work environment Quality-focused shop without dealership-style corporate pressure Opportunity to grow professionally as the shop grows What You'll Be Doing Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and general repairs Complete brake, steering, suspension, cooling system, and HVAC repairs Perform light diagnostic work based on experience Assist with drivability and electrical concerns when appropriate Use modern diagnostic equipment and repair information Document inspection findings clearly in the repair order Include what is wrong, why it matters, recommended correction, parts needed, photos when helpful, and estimated physical time Communicate clearly with the service advisor so customers receive accurate estimates and updates Follow GLP Automotive's inspection, documentation, safety, and quality-control procedures Complete repairs accurately, safely, and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area Contribute to a small team environment What We're Looking For Professional automotive repair experience Ability to perform general repairs independently Experience with brakes, steering, suspension, maintenance, cooling systems, and HVAC Light diagnostic ability Electrical and drivability experience is a plus Ability to use repair information and diagnostic equipment Strong attention to detail Pride in doing the job correctly Dependable attendance and consistent, on-time starts Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a small team Desire to continue learning and improving Willingness to follow established inspection, documentation, and repair procedures Valid driver's license This is a hands-on technician position. You should be comfortable completing common repairs independently while also being willing to ask questions, learn, document your work, and communicate with the rest of the team.
