We are currently hiring experienced Automotive Service Advisors for multiple reputable dealerships and automotive repair facilities throughout Wisconsin. If you have dealership service-writing experience and know how to build customer relationships, sell recommended maintenance and repairs, manage repair orders, and keep the service drive moving , we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Greet customers and identify their vehicle service and repair needs Write and manage repair orders from check-in through vehicle delivery Review technician inspections and communicate recommended repairs to customers Present and sell maintenance and repair recommendations Provide accurate estimates for pricing and completion times Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process Coordinate with technicians, parts departments, and service management Schedule appointments and manage workflow within the service drive Follow up with customers and maintain strong CSI/customer satisfaction Document customer concerns and repair information accurately in the dealership's DMS Help maximize customer retention, service sales, and overall department performance What We're Looking For Previous Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience required Dealership experience strongly preferred Strong sales and customer service skills Ability to explain automotive repairs and maintenance clearly to customers Experience working with repair orders, estimates, and technician recommendations Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS) Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills Ability to handle a high-volume, fast-paced service department Valid driver's license required Compensation & Benefits Opportunities vary by dealership and may include: Competitive base pay and/or commission Performance-based bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Employee discounts Career advancement opportunities Auto Job Experts partners with 300+ dealerships and automotive repair facilities to connect experienced automotive professionals with direct-hire career opportunities .
