Location & Schedule Our state-of-the-art maintenance facility is located in Marinette, WI. After a 30-60 day training period, you'll work a 2 on / 3 off, 3 on / 2 off rotation (12-hour shifts) schedule. What You'll Do As a Tractor & Trailer Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our fleet safe, efficient, and road-ready.
Your day-to-day will include:
Performing preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on medium- and heavy-duty trucks and trailers Troubleshooting systems including air brakes, electrical, driveline, steering, and tires Completing routine maintenance to ensure peak performance and safety Utilizing welding skills when needed Supporting inventory organization and shop efficiency Mentoring new technicians and contributing to continuous improvement Work on What's Next Be part of a forward-thinking team working with cutting-edge equipment, including innovations like mirrorless camera systems.
