We're looking for a dedicated Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team in Minocqua, Wisconsin — a stunning Northwoods community known for its lakes, outdoor recreation, and small-town charm.

What You'll Do:

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Schedule appointments and manage repair orders Clearly explain recommended services and repairs Serve as the communication link between customers and technicians Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and organizational skills Knowledge of automotive systems and repair terminology is helpful A positive attitude and a customer-first mindset Valid driver's license Why Work With Us?
