Day to day work includes performing repairs specified on repair orders and diagnosing needed services. Responsibilities include performing work specified on the repair order efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards, test driving vehicles and testing components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment, diagnosing maintaining and repairing vehicle systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes and air conditioning, communicating directly with the Service Advisor so customers are informed of additional service needs and estimated repair times, and executing warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications.
