12-hour rotating shifts (6 AM-6 PM / 6 PM-6 AM), 6 days on, with rotation between day and night shifts.
Job Summary:
Role Accountabilities:
Master all manufacturing process elements including troubleshooting, basic repair, and quality checks. Exhibit the interpersonal skills necessary to work as a member of a high performing team. Maintain accurate and complete production, waste, delay and quality reports. Log and (or) report results as necessary.
Safety & Quality:
Safely operate advanced manufacturing equipment, follow safety protocols, support Safety Observation/ETQ/SIRA processes, and maintain housekeeping standards. Perform quality checks, maintain product quality, and support quality systems including trackers, weighers, and metal detectors.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED. Basic Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel skills. 1-3 years of manufacturing/industrial experience or equivalent military training. Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays & overtime. Ability to wear required PPE and work around noise, dust & chemicals. Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform bending, twisting, stooping, crouching, stairs, and frequent gripping. Manufacturing equipment, tractor or forklift experience preferred but not required. (JK-R1) #IND1
