Full-Time Automotive Mechanic / Shop Manager - 1099 Independent Contractor DNA Motors LLC is looking for an experienced, reliable, and self-motivated Automotive Mechanic / Shop Manager to join our growing dealership operation. This is a full-time 1099 Independent Contractor position for someone who is comfortable working independently, managing day-to-day shop operations, and handling a wide variety of automotive repairs.

Responsibilities include:

Complete vehicle inspections and diagnostics Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on incoming inventory Mechanical and electrical diagnosis and repairs General maintenance and vehicle reconditioning Managing day-to-day shop workflow Ordering parts and coordinating parts returns Tracking repair needs and ensuring vehicles are completed efficiently Local vehicle and/or parts pickup as needed Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional shop environment

Ideal Candidate:

Experienced in automotive repair and diagnostics Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Able to work independently and prioritize multiple vehicles Organized and capable of managing parts and shop workflow Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Previous dealership or shop management experience is a plus
