GRINWALD FORD INC

of Watertown, WI has an immediate opening for a Certified (FORD) Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position with requirements and benefits as follows:

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Driver's License
• Must provide your own tools
• Required to be able to lift up to 60 lbs, waist height
• Ford or other equivalent industry standard training with active certification

SKILLS:

• Excellent communication skills and willingness to proactively work with other team members (advisors, parts, sales) to service and solve vehicle repair needs in a positive, collaborative and timely manner.
• A strong work ethic; emphasis on ability to stay productive as a professional Ford technician and independently manage work time and down time between repair work and staging work to be performed.
• Working knowledge of the auto service industry or prior professional mechanic experience is required. Your vehicle repair experience will be rewarded!!
• Technical specialties or emphasis a plus; i.e.
• transmissions, electrical, hybrid, EV, warranty
• Basic to moderate computer skills required (electronic time clock, RO's and related tech notes).

Relevant computer skills would include knowledge of Window O/S, MS Office or service R/O systems.
