Direct Hire | Full-Time | Immediate Openings | Multiple Wisconsin Locations Auto Job Experts is hiring Experienced Automotive Technicians & Mechanics for permanent, direct‑hire roles with dealerships, independent repair facilities, fleet shops, and collision centers across Wisconsin. We are actively hiring:

Lube Technicians B‑Level Technicians Master Technicians ASE Certified Technicians Transmission Technicians Diesel Technicians General Automotive Mechanics Responsibilities Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns using modern diagnostic tools Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, HVAC, and electrical systems Complete routine maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, fluid services Conduct vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs Road test vehicles to verify repair quality Accurately document all inspections, repairs, and labor Follow manufacturer procedures and dealership quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications Automotive repair experience required Valid driver's license Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Ability to work independently and within a team ASE certifications are a plus (not required) High school diploma or GED Why Work With Us Permanent Direct Hire opportunities Immediate openings across Wisconsin Competitive pay based on experience & certifications Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Employee discounts Career advancement opportunities If you're seeking a long‑term, stable opportunity with a dealership or repair facility that values skilled technicians, we want to speak with you.
