Become part of Scrub-A-Dub and join a our team of oil change professionals. We strive to provide fast, friendly and convenient service. As a Lube Technician, you will become a trusted consultant to the customer by evaluating their needs and performing efficient and reliable preventative maintenance services. What you would do? What to Expect Perform preventative maintenance services including but not limited to oil changes, fluid flushes, and replacement of vital elements such as bulbs and filters Maintain constant communication throughout the facility with other associates Documented precise information to be entered into work order system Assist customers with questions and purchases Create relationships of trust with customers through exceptional customer service and courtesy Make customers feel comfortable and satisfied with their services and environment Keep customers informed regarding recommendations for their vehicle and services to be performed Work efficiently as a team to provide quality automotive services Identify and resolve problems which have a negative impact on vehicle performance Maintain a clean and safe work environment Competencies & Physical Demands Customer-focus Ability to work in a team-based work environment Eagerness to learn Great attitude On-time and reliable attendance Understand the basic business principals and be able to operate a computer Have full mobility and the ability to work with hands above your head Can stand for extended periods of time Technical capacity Lift boxes in excess of 50 pounds Benefits $14
