Job description The Tire Technician is responsible for maintaining and servicing a range of vehicles, primarily light and medium trucks, at a stationary service center. This role involves changing tires, performing oil changes, conducting tire repairs, brake inspections, and other light vehicle repairs to ensure optimal performance and safety. Responsibilities Change tires on passenger vehicles, light trucks, farm vehicles, and medium trucks Perform oil changes and tire rotations Conduct tire repairs and brake inspections Carry out light vehicle repairs and general servicing Perform safety checks to ensure vehicle reliability Maintain proper tools and equipment for all tasks Provide quality customer service at the service center Required Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience in automotive service Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience in tire installation and repair Knowledge of oil change procedures
