Duties Engage with customers to understand their automotive service needs and provide appropriate solutions. Assist customers with inquiries regarding vehicle maintenance, repair services, and product offerings. Utilize automotive diagnostics knowledge to help troubleshoot customer issues effectively. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests. Collaborate with service technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Provide support in service writing and auto estimating for customers. Educate customers on the importance of regular vehicle maintenance and available services such as air brake checks and tire services. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong understanding of automotive repair processes, including vehicle maintenance and diagnostics. Familiarity with service writing, auto estimating, and various automotive services is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail. Knowledge of air brake systems and tire service practices is a plus.
