Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly and professionally Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle issues accurately Provide detailed repair and maintenance estimates Clearly explain services, timelines, and costs Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow Maintain high Service Experience Index (SEI) scores Manage appointment scheduling and daily workflow Answer inbound calls and follow up with customers Build long-term customer relationships and promote retention

What We're Looking For Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Organized, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor Proven ability to meet performance and customer satisfaction goals Valid driver's license with clean driving record
