Job Description
Service Advisor Crown Subaru Overview Crown Subaru looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our dealership service team. The Service Advisor works directly with customers to schedule service, identify vehicle concerns, recommend maintenance and repairs, prepare repair orders and estimates, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from check-in to vehicle delivery. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide professional, friendly customer service. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs. Write repair orders and provide estimates for automotive repairs and maintenance. Recommend necessary services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines. Communicate repair recommendations, pricing, and completion times clearly. Coordinate with automotive technicians and the parts department. Keep customers updated throughout the repair process. Review completed repairs and invoices with customers. Address customer questions and resolve service concerns professionally. Build customer relationships and encourage repeat business and customer retention. Maintain accurate service records and follow dealership procedures. Qualifications Previous Automotive Service Advisor, Service Consultant, or dealership experience preferred. Knowledge of automotive repair, maintenance, and vehicle systems. Excellent customer service, communication, and sales skills. Strong organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Computer skills and ability to learn dealership service software. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
