Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Lube Technician to join our team. The Lube Technician will perform preventive maintenance services, including oil changes, lubrication, tire rotations, and basic inspections, ensuring vehicles run efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate is passionate about automotive care, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs for customer vehicles. Conduct vehicle inspections, including checking tire pressure, belts, hoses, and brakes. Rotate and balance tires, ensuring proper alignment and safety. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and environmental standards. Keep accurate records of services performed and communicate findings to customers or supervisors. Provide exceptional customer service, answering basic questions about maintenance and vehicle performance. Assist with additional shop duties as needed, including stocking supplies and cleaning tools. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Basic automotive knowledge and experience in oil changes or maintenance (preferred). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow instructions. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and techniques. Valid Drivers License.

$15.00 - $19.00 per hour
