Job Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Lube Technician, where your skills will keep vehicles running smoothly and customers happy! Responsibilities Perform oil changes and routine vehicle maintenance with precision and efficiency Conduct tire rotations, and tire services to optimize vehicle performance Use hand tools and power tools to complete repairs and inspections accurately Assist with basic automotive diagnostics to identify issues quickly Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure proper disposal of used fluids and parts Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering questions Support team members with additional maintenance tasks as needed to ensure smooth shop operations Requirements Dealership experience or prior automotive repair background preferred but not required Mechanic experience with knowledge of automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance techniques Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems such as oil change procedures, alignments, and tire service Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude Prior experience in service technician roles or automotive repair shops is a plus Basic understanding of automotive safety standards and maintenance procedures This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build their career in the automotive industry.
