Mechanic

We are seeking an experienced Mechanic to perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on a wide range of vehicles and equipment. This is a hands-on role supporting both our light-duty pickup trucks and our heavy fleet (semi-trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment).

Job Overview:

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on light-duty vehicles (pickups, service trucks) and heavy-duty fleet assets including semi-trucks, dry van and flatbed trailers, and heavy equipment. Conduct routine preventive maintenance services (oil changes, brake jobs, fluid services, inspections, etc.). Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and air systems. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company safety standards. Repair and replace components such as engines, transmissions, differentials, suspension, steering, brakes, and electrical systems. Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts inventory documentation. Collaborate with operations and safety teams to minimize equipment downtime. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of professional mechanic experience working on both light-duty and heavy-duty vehicles/equipment. Strong diagnostic skills with diesel engines, hydraulics, air brakes, and electrical systems. Experience with semis, trailers, and heavy equipment (preferred). Valid driver's license (CDL a plus). Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in various weather conditions, and occasionally work flexible hours when emergencies arise. Must be reliable, safety-minded, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Background check and drug screening required.

Pay:

$30.00 - $38.00 per hour
