A-Level Master Service Technician Earn Up to $50 per Flat Rate Hour
WEEKLY PAY
Laramie Auto Center is seeking an experienced, highly skilled A-Level Master Service Technician to join our growing service department. This opportunity is ideal for a technician who consistently performs at a high level, excels in diagnostics, and serves as a leader within the shop. Compensation Up to $50 per Flat Rate Hour, Depending on Experience and Certifications High-volume shop with consistent work available Factory training opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Paid vacation and holidays Career advancement opportunities Position Summary The A-Level Master Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to manufacturer and dealership standards. This individual possesses advanced technical knowledge, exceptional diagnostic abilities, and a proven track record of productivity and teamwork. Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of professional automotive technician experience GM preferred Master Technician certification and all required manufacturer training completed. Advanced diagnostic, electrical, and drivability troubleshooting skills. Strong understanding of gasoline, diesel, electrical, HVAC, suspension, steering, and brake systems. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Performance Expectations Maintain high-quality workmanship with minimal comebacks. Efficiently complete repairs while following manufacturer procedures. Demonstrate superior diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Leadership Expectations Assist and mentor fellow technicians. Support service advisors and management with technical expertise. Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment. Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and accountability. Contribute to dealership success through productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications GM Master Technician certification preferred. ASE Master Certification preferred. Experience with advanced diagnostics, electrical repair, diesel systems, and drivability concerns.
