Job Summary

Avionics Technician

We are hiring experienced aircraft maintenance professionals for a long-term opportunity supporting heavy maintenance operations in Southern, AZ. This is not a short-term contract—we're looking for skilled, motivated individuals seeking career stability, growth, and strong earning potential. With unlimited overtime, technicians regularly earn $100K+ annually.

Work Environment

Large 200,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled hangar

Heavy maintenance environment performing C & D checks

Regional aircraft platforms

Team-oriented, production-focused operation

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate:

$37.00/hour

Overtime:

Unlimited (most techs work 52-60 hours/week)

Per Diem:

$880/week tax-free

Up to $45,760 annually (tax-exempt)

Housing:

30 days of temporary housing provided

Work Schedules

1st

Shift A:

Sunday-Tuesday + every other Wednesday (6:30 AM start)

1st

Shift B:

Thursday-Saturday + every other Wednesday off (6:30 AM start)

2nd

Shift:

Sunday-Tuesday + every other Saturday off (6:30 PM start)

Key Responsibilities

Perform heavy maintenance, inspections, and checks (C & D)

Follow FAA regulations and company maintenance procedures

Accurately document completed work

Work efficiently in a fast-paced MRO environment

Tools

Basic tools required (tool list provided)

New hires must be shadowed initially

Qualifications

Aircraft maintenance experience in heavy maintenance environments preferred

Ability to work extended hours and overtime as needed

Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
