Avionics Structural Technicians

I have 3 roles available. They are all 12 months C2H benefits available after 60 days. We're seeking an experienced Structural Technician III to support aerospace assembly and fabrication work. This role focuses on hands-on structural assembly , precision measurements, and quality-driven builds in a safety-critical aviation environment . What You'll Do Perform structural assembly and part fitting (drilling, reaming, riveting, trimming, burring) Install rivets and hi-lock fasteners Align parts on jigs and fixtures for aerospace vehicles Measure and verify dimensions using micrometers and calipers Modify and repair assemblies as needed Inspect and verify quality per control procedures Must-Have Skills Own tools in good working order Ability to read and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Structural assembly experience (airframe or similar) Riveting and hi-lock installation experience Strong attention to edge distance, pitch, and precision Preferred Aerospace / Defense background (DoD, NASA, Military) Ability to travel Security clearance eligible (or able to obtain) Education & Experience High school diploma or GED 5+ years of relevant structural or aerospace assembly experience Degree may substitute for some experience Work Environment Safety-sensitive aviation role Physical, hands-on work (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, repetitive motion) Exposure to loud noise and outdoor conditions
