Job Description
Job Summary
Install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft avionics and electrical systems.
Perform maintenance and modifications on communication, navigation, autopilot, flight management, and entertainment systems.
Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and avionics installation drawings.
Conduct functional tests, system checks, and calibrations in accordance with manufacturer specifications and FAA regulations.
Assist with avionics upgrades, retrofits, and STC installations.
Troubleshoot complex electrical and avionics discrepancies.
Complete accurate maintenance documentation, logbook entries, and work orders.
Work closely with A&P mechanics and maintenance supervisors to ensure aircraft are returned to service safely and efficiently.
Maintain tools, test equipment, and work areas in accordance with company standards.
Support AOG (Aircraft on Ground) troubleshooting when required.

Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of avionics experience preferred.
Experience working on corporate or business jet aircraft strongly preferred.
Ability to read and interpret avionics wiring diagrams and schematics.
Familiarity with modern avionics systems (Garmin, Honeywell, Collins, etc.).
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
FCC License and/or A&P Certificate is a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in confined aircraft spaces and on elevated platforms.
Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and reach for extended periods.
