Updated 08/21/2026 Job Description Job Summary This hands-on position is responsible for inspecting, servicing, repairing, and troubleshooting aircraft airframe and structures systems, composite, and components.

Responsibilities of this position include:

Support structural repair and modification projects Interpret and read aircraft blueprints/modification drawings Accept ownership of assigned structural projects Follow all policies and procedures including the Quality Control Manual. Ensure safety and security of customer equipment, parts, and aircraft during all structural repair and modification phases Record and maintain accurate and timely aircraft and project documentation Maintain safe and clean work environment Support, maintain, and comply with all Federal, OSHA, State and local regulations, and Environmental, Health, and Safety Policies and Processes Performs other duties as assigned. Other Requirements Include:

Airframe & Powerplant Certificate preferred Ability to attain & retain AOA badge or Airport requirements High school graduate or equivalency degree required Thorough knowledge and understanding of FARs 43, 65, 91, 135, 145 Aircraft maintenance experience preferred HSGI provides Contract, Contract-to-Permanent, and Permanent placements to our clients with service, attention, and detail that are unparalleled!
