Job Summary

Avionics Technician

We are seeking experienced Avionics Technician to join a rapidly growing MRO facility in Milan, IL. This team performs both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance across a diverse fleet including Citation, Hawker, Embraer, Beechcraft, and Daher aircraft.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate:

$30.00

•$44.00 per hour (DOE)

Annual Earnings:

$70,000

•$100,000+ depending on experience and voluntary overtime

Overtime:

1st

Shift:

7:00 AM

•3:30 PM

2nd

Shift:

3:00 PM

•11:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in an MRO environment

Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications

Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company quality standards

Accurately document all maintenance actions

Qualifications

A&P preferred.

Experience in corporate/business aviation preferred

Experience on Citation, Hawker, Embraer, Beechcraft, or Daher aircraft is a plus

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
