Troubleshoot and repair complex integrated avionics systems Replacing components and configuring software to accept them Analyzing compatibility and suitability of electronic devices Servicing existing electronic components Updating aircraft operating software and loading databases Troubleshooting electronic problems remotely with customers Monitoring supplies and materials to avoid shortages Assisting customers with selection of peripherals and monitoring devices Responding to weekend pages within 20 minutes (weekend assignments are scheduled on a rotational basis) Travel to customers aircraft to repair AOG situations
