Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Avionics Technician, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of aircraft electrical and electronic systems. Duties Install, inspect, repair, and maintain avionics systems including communication, navigation, and flight control electronics. Use hand tools and power tools to perform precise adjustments and component replacements. Conduct diagnostic tests using specialized equipment such as ohmmeters to identify electrical faults. Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks on aircraft electrical systems to ensure optimal functionality. Follow detailed technical manuals and safety procedures during all maintenance activities. Document all repairs, inspections, and system modifications accurately in maintenance logs. Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex electronic issues and implement solutions efficiently. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical diagrams and schematics. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments such as ohmmeters. Experience with vehicle maintenance practices applied to aircraft systems. Ability to read and understand technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail in electrical troubleshooting. Effective communication skills to work seamlessly with team members and report findings clearly.
