SECRET This position may be filled as a full-time employee or 1099 Contractor depending on business needs and candidate fit. Job Summary Under Indirect Supervision in an OCONUS environment, responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of all aircraft and related equipment. Responsible for monitoring, testing, preventive maintenance, and repair of infrastructure equipment and associated electrical, mechanical, and integration of sensor systems per specifications and operational procedures within Client technical facilities. Duties/Responsibilities Unmanned aviation ground handling UAV launch and recovery Maintain and troubleshoot aircraft systems and subsystems Perform maintenance and repair of aircraft structures Remedy emergency situations as they arise Ensure standards are implemented and upheld in everyday activities Maintain equipment used to support aircraft mission efforts Analyze and interpret equipment log reports Diagnose and resolve operational problems Perform other duties as are necessary and/or required Basic Requirements for a Level II High school diploma or GED and 2-5 years of relevant experience Valid driver's license Ability to perform routine and preventative maintenance for aircraft systems/subsystems, and ground support equipment Experience diagnosing/troubleshooting engines, flight controls, avionics, technology, and associated system components Knowledge of rigging equipment and safe rigging techniques Familiar with military aviation operations Up to 100% CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required Must currently possess and maintain a DoD Secret level security clearance Must have ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret level security clearance May be required to drive a vehicle with a manual gearshift Basic Requirements for a Level III High school diploma or GED and 5+ years of relevant experience Ability to perform routine and preventative maintenance for aircraft systems/subsystems, and ground support equipment Experience diagnosing/troubleshooting engines, flight controls, avionics, technology, and associated system components Knowledge of rigging equipment and safe rigging techniques Familiar with military aviation operations Up to 100% CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required Must currently possess and maintain a DoD Secret level security clearance Must have ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret level security clearance May be required to drive a vehicle with a manual gearshift
