What You'll Do Install, troubleshoot, and maintain avionics systems, with a focus on Garmin Aviation products Tackle upgrades, repairs, and inspections with precision and care Team up with fellow technicians to get projects done right—and enjoy the process along the way Keep accurate records (because safety and compliance matter just as much as the work itself) Bring your positive attitude to the hangar every day What We're Looking For 3+ years of avionics experience (Garmin Aviation product experience strongly preferred) Solid troubleshooting skills and attention to detail FAA A&P or Repairman Certificate preferred, but not required A collaborative spirit—we're looking for teammates, not just employees Why You'll Love It Here We want you to do great work and love your life outside the hangar too.
