About us ASIC is currently hiring for an Aircraft Avionics Technician in Enid, Oklahoma. Work hours are Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Salary:
Commensurate with education and experience. Qualifications Troubleshooting and repairing avionics systems including communications, navigation, autopilot, weather radar, transponders, and glass cockpit systems. Must be familiar with wiring diagrams and schematics.

Salary negotiable, based on experience Paid time off Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage offered with an employer contribution Professional development opportunities Career growth within aviation maintenance operations Stable employment in a growing aircraft maintenance organization Responsibilities You'll be responsible for inspecting, installing, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of aircraft avionics systems to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and safety standards Taking ownership and proactively solving problems Self-Discipline Maintaining accuracy, accountability, and consistency in regulated aviation work Supporting both internal teams and external customers with responsiveness and professionalism Operating with integrity, reliability, and respect in all interactions Install new avionics components and wiring per STCs, wiring diagrams, and drawings Perform RVSM, transponder, pitot-static, and ELT certifications (91.411/91.413) Document all work in accordance with FAA and company standards, including 8130-3 issuance when authorized Interpret technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, and service bulletins Ensure compliance with all FAA regulations and Part 145 repair station procedures Collaborate with team members, inspectors, and customers to provide high-quality service

WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibrations. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. Background Check and Drug screening required once offer is made.
