You will play a key role in facilitating engineering processes, managing documentation, and supporting the delivery of high-quality aerospace solutions. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Lansdale, PA location on an On-site 9/80 work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of engineering operations that contribute to the development and support of advanced aerospace products, helping Honeywell maintain its competitive edge in the aerospace industry. Responsibilities Provide technical and administrative support to engineering teams to facilitate project progress and resolve issues Coordinate engineering documentation, data management, and communication between cross-functional teams Assist in the preparation and review of engineering reports, specifications, and compliance documentation Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 3 years of experience providing support or coordination in an office/lab environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis and reporting Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative team approach
WE VALUE
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics Strong knowledge of engineering documentation practices, project coordination, and data management Proficiency with software tools such as
CAD, PLM
systems, or scripting for data analysis and reporting Experience in defense industry or engineering project environments Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality standards Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
