The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with helicopter avionics systems, installations, troubleshooting, inspections, testing, and repairs in a regulated aviation environment. Ensure all maintenance is performed in accordance with generally accepted industry standards and maintenance practices, applicable FAA regulations, manufacturer recommendations, and the operator's approved manuals and procedures. Perform assigned maintenance and installation tasks in accordance with the applicable maintenance, installation, and technical manuals. Ensure maintenance operations are performed in the proper sequence as specified by the applicable maintenance data or installation manual. Request required inspections in an orderly and timely manner to ensure proper workflow and compliance with applicable procedures. Perform all avionics maintenance and installation activities in accordance with applicable maintenance and technical data, manufacturer requirements, and customer specifications. Ensure all test equipment and tools used to make airworthiness determinations are properly identified, labeled, and controlled in accordance with the Repair Station Manual (RSM) prior to use. Request and obtain stock, materials, and parts as required to complete assigned work. Complete all required FAA, QAI, and Repair Station paperwork, forms, records, and workbooks accurately and throughout the maintenance process. Ensure compliance with all applicable QAI policies, procedures, and quality requirements. Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all work performed to support proper inspection, traceability, and return-to-service requirements. Requirements Avionics background through professional experience, technical training, military service, or an accredited aviation/electronics program. Previous hands-on avionics experience is preferred but not required. Entry-level candidates with a strong foundation in avionics and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. 3-5 years of relevant avionics maintenance experience strongly preferred Helicopter and FAA Part 145 Repair Station experience is a plus Expected hours: 40.0 per week Application Question(s): How many years of avionics experience do you have?
