Qualifying Questions:

Are you a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual) as defined under ITAR regulations? Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role? Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?

Summary:

Routes various wires and cables for aircraft electrical systems. Terminates cables and wires for electrical assemblies. Performs operational checks on aircraft electrical and avionics systems. Troubleshoots electrical and avionics systems to isolate and repair faults. Repairs electrical and avionics systems based on assigned area. Performs general mechanic installs, testing, and inspections as required. Performs continuity testing and soldering or termination operations. Works with electrical harnesses and modification tasks on military aircraft.

Requirements:

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR). Experience installing electrical harnesses and components on aircraft. Experience routing various wires and cables for aircraft electrical systems. Experience terminating cables and wires for electrical assemblies. Experience performing operational checks on aircraft electrical and avionics systems. Experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical and avionics systems. Ability to comprehend safety rules, operating maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to frequently lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Ability to perform repetitive movements and work overhead.
