Posted 06/2026 Job Description Job Summary Perform structural repair, modification, fabrication, and installation activities on rotary-wing aircraft and related systems. Support aircraft completion, modification, and afterspanet upgrade programs through sheet metal repairs, composite repairs, avionics mounting fabrication, and structural alterations while maintaining compliance with manufacturer specifications, FAA requirements, and quality standards.   • Must be a U.S. Person
  • $25.00
  • $40.00 Hourly Education & Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience as an Aircraft Mechanic
  • Hold a valid FAA Airframe License
  • Read, interpret, and perform work in accordance with manufacturer drawings, blueprints, specifications, and instructions
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Preferred Skills
  • FAA Powerplant License preferred but not required Job Duties & Functions
  • Install aircraft modification kits, afterspanet kits, and related upgrade packages
  • Perform major and minor aircraft structural repairs and alterations
  • Fabricate and install sheet metal components and structural assemblies
  • Repair and fabricate composite aircraft structures and components
  • Construct mounting provisions and support structures for avionics installations
  • Interpret engineering drawings, installation instructions, and technical documentation
  • Measure, drill, cut, fit, and modify aircraft structures in accordance with approved data
  • Document all work performed accurately in maintenance records and work order documentation
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure quality workmanship and on-time aircraft delivery
  • Assist line crew operations as required
  • Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements
  • Support additional aircraft maintenance and modification tasks as assigned Physical Requirements & Environment
  • Work in aircraft hangar and production environments
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and aircraft maintenance equipment
  • Perform tasks requiring kneeling, bending, reaching, and working in confined areas
  • Follow all DOT, FAA, and company safety requirements
  • Wear required personal protective equipment at all times Additional Requirements
  • Successful completion of DOT drug testing is required upon hire
  • Must be enrolled in a DOT/FAA-compliant random drug testing program
