Flexible to work all shifts and OT PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leading aerospaceanization to hire experienced Avionics Technicians who are ready to take ownership ofplex aircraft systems and deliver excellence with minimal supervision. Role Summary As an Avionics Technician, you will performplex, routine, and non-routine repairs, inspections, and installations of avionics systems on aircraft. Working with limited supervision, you will advanced technical knowledge to ensure aircraft safety, reliability, and operational readiness. Your expertise will directly impact quality, performance, and on-time project delivery. Key Responsibilities Repair, modify, install, and maintain all avionics systems within budgeted or estimated timeframes Performplex wiring, routing, termination, and testing with a high degree of accuracy Interpret and execute Engineering Orders (EOs) precisely and cleanly Accurately read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, wiring diagrams, system schematics, drawings, and other technical documents strong working knowledge of Airbus ESPM systems Troubleshoot and isolate defectiveponents using advanced diagnostic and deductive reasoning skills Properly utilize and maintain avionics test equipment and hand tools Operate ground support equipment such as power carts and Hi-Reach equipment as required Assist Leads with planning, production, and quality assurance of assigned projects Support the training and development of technicians Maintain a clean, safe, andanized work environment Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Minimum of 5 years of recent, relevant avionics experience, or equivalentbination of education and training Strong proficiency in wiring, routing, termination, and testing Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities Ability to interpret and technical documentation and engineering drawings Experience performing both routine and non-routine avionics maintenance with minimal assistance Preferred Qualifications Airframe andor Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license Experience with Airbus ESPM systems Recent Airbus aircraft experience (required - only candidates with Airbus experience will be considered) Leadership or mentoring experience Why Join PDS Tech Commercial? Pay Details:

$33.43 to $37.15 per hour
