Job Description

Be part of an avionics team to ensure timely completion of work in compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company procedures Troubleshoot, repair, test, remove, and install avionics and instrument systems, resolving complex technical issues Perform Authorized Inspector responsibilities, including in-process and final inspections, and approve return-to-service work as required Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all maintenance activities in accordance with approved data Mentor and train technicians, providing on-the-job training and supporting ongoing skill development Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and meet operational deadlines Maintain avionics test equipment and ensure adherence to workplace organization and safety standards Participate in required training and support team members in maintaining technical proficiency Provide daily supervision, guidance, and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to best practices Address team challenges, remove obstacles, and promote a productive work environment Monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback to support continuous improvement Ensure compliance with company policies and promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork
