POSITION PROFILE
Responsible for providing quality tune-ups and repairs, building bikes and giving world-class customer service which contributes to the success of the team and the entire company.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILTIES
Serve as a knowledgeable resource to our customers. Inspect, repair and service bicycles. Prioritize work orders in an efficient manner. Remain current on industry and product trends and demonstrate knowledge of products. Build bikes from the box to a safe, ready to ride bike. Assist in quality control and deployment of bikes. Maintain shop cleanliness, safety and organization. Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Ability to maintain and repair bicycles. Communicate information and hotel services to management, staff and guests. Three-six months prior experience in a related position. Ability to maintain and repair bicycles. Communicate information and hotel services to management, staff and guests.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Able to lift, push, carry 20 - 40 lbs. Stand continuously for long periods of time. Continuous Standing as needed Lift, pull, push, bend, and move items to support the hotel and outlets
