Job Summary Our shop has been the go to destination for weekend warriors, commuters, roadies, eBikes and more since 2010. We carry brands ranging from Cervelo, Giant, Cannondale, X-Lab, Brompton and Fliteboard. We're looking for a part time with full time potential lead tech who is looking to grow with us. Must have bicycle mechanic experience in a professional setting. Modern road bike experience with eBike knowledge is a must. Join our passionate team and help us get Los Angeles in motion! Responsibilities Lead and perform comprehensive bicycle repairs, including brake adjustments, full tune-ups/overhauls, drivetrain tuning, electronic drivetrain tuning and eBike troubleshooting. Maintain detailed records of repairs and maintenance work using POS Supervise daily shop operations, ensuring timely completion of service tasks while maintaining a clean and organized workspace Mentor and train junior mechanics on proper repair techniques, safety procedures, and customer service standards Occasionally assist sales team with customer bike sales, providing expert advice on bike selection, accessories, and maintenance plans Manage inventory of parts, and maintenance supplies to ensure readiness for all repair needs Skills Proven experience as a service technician with strong bicycle repair skills Extensive knowledge of bicycle servicing ranging from tune ups, eBikes and occasional wheel builds. Skilled in symptom-based mechanical diagnosis to quickly identify issues Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance work Experience with retail sales processes and POS systems for customer transactions Strong mechanical knowledge across various cycling components and systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly This role is perfect for passionate cycling enthusiasts who thrive in hands-on environments and enjoy leading teams toward excellence.
