WEEKEND FIELD TECHNICIAN
  • MOBILE
BIKE MEDIC
Southwest Florida (Fort Myers / Naples / Bonita Springs) Part-Time | Weekends Only | $20
  • 28/hr + Tips ────────────────────────────────────
EARN REAL MONEY ON WEEKENDS DOING WHAT YOU LOVE
──────────────────────────────────── Mobile Bike Medic is a 10-year-old mobile bicycle repair and sales business serving 7,000+ customers across 70+ gated communities and HOAs in Southwest Florida. We run weekend repair events inside gated communities and HOAs
  • fully equipped van/trailer, established customer base, and a full schedule ready to go. We're looking for someone who loves bikes, is great with people, and wants to earn solid supplemental income on weekends without the commitment of a full-time schedule. This role pays $20
  • 25 per hour depending on experience, plus 100% of tips you earn.
Most weekend events run 4-8 hours. ────────────────────────────────────
WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE
──────────────────────────────────── You show up to a scheduled community event on Saturday or Sunday, set up with a fully stocked van, check in customers, assess bikes, complete repairs, and represent the brand. You'll have clear SOPs, a field manual, and support. Approximately 8 weekend days per month, October through May. You show up and do great work. ────────────────────────────────────
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • A cyclist who wrenches on the side and wants to get paid for it
  • A bike shop employee who wants extra income on weekends
  • A student, teacher, or someone with a Monday-Friday job looking for meaningful weekend work
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people about bikes What you need: Hands-on bicycle repair experience — you don't need to be a master tech, but you need to know your way around common repairs (brakes, gears, tubes, basic tune-ups) People skills — our customers are retirees in gated communities; being warm, patient, and personable matters as much as your wrenching ability Reliability — if you're on the schedule, you show up.
Period. Valid driver's license Available weekends, October through May Bonus points if you:
  • Are an active cyclist yourself
  • Have e-bike experience
  • Have worked events, expos, or pop-up formats before ────────────────────────────────────
