Requirements:
One year of bicycle repair preferred; strong mechanical aptitude required. Basic understanding of electrical systems is a plus. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work on your feet. Attention to detail, customer service, and communication skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) & weekend availability preferred.
Responsibilities:
Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and assembly of new e-bikes. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues (brakes, drivetrain, tires, adjustments). Troubleshoot basic electrical components including motors and batteries. Complete tune-ups and routine maintenance. Test ride bikes to ensure proper function and safety. Clearly communicate repair findings and recommendations to customers. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service area. Assist with parts inventory and service documentation.
Work Schedule:
Part-time, hours to be discussed with employer.
Salary:
$17.00 per hour to start competitive hourly pay based on experience.
