Independent Contractor (1099) Position

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AND ASE CERT

Overview We are a business seeking 3 Fulltime experienced techs to support mobile customer service calls and shop operations. This role is ideal for a self-motivated technician who owns their own vehicle and tools and is looking for flexible work with long-term upside tied to company growth. Compensation $30.00 per hour (billable job time) $0.75 per mile (tracked mileage reimbursement) 2% tie-in to monthly company revenue after 6 months of consistent service (capped at 4%) Annual performance-based increases of revenue share per year based on reviews This role is designed to reward long-term performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
